Hardcover Print

All of the hardcover prints are done in-house in Melbourne, Australia. We aim to dispatch your book in 1-2 business days (usually the same day if ordered by 11am) and we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia - so metro orders should be received within 1-2 business days. Check the Australia Post Express Shipping Calculator from Melbourne to you.

All international shipping is a flat rate AUD$29 and shipping times are 7-30 days.

If you purchase both a hardcover book and a digital download, you will receive the digital download link instantly after purchase and your book will shipped as per above.

Physical Products (e.g. Books, Workbooks)

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all physical items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected: Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected]

Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll either offer a replacement or refund—your choice!

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for digital items once they’ve been downloaded or accessed. However, if you have feedback or something didn’t meet your expectations, please email us—we genuinely care and want to make things right if we can.
